To help spread the word about the new Illinois Lottery Mobile App, we enlisted Chicago Bulls Forward, Jimmy Butler, to surprise diners at Harry Caray's on Navy Pier with a Free App. We hid a phone in the condiment tray at a table and watched as Jimmy interrupted their meal.
