The client initially desired a luxury dining brand that leaned heavily on the romance languages and mirrored the atmosphere found in 5-star restaurants. After researching premium dining establishments, trends, and competitive strategies, we landed on an approach that centered around health options, inventive menus, locally-sourced ingredients, and culture.
After nailing down the strategy, I lead the creative branding of the new offering, "Harvest Table Culinary Group."
